Kool-Aid Cake
- 1 box Cake Mix
- 3 each Eggs
- 1 1/4 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Oil
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 4 packages Unsweetened Kool-aid
- Mix one pack of kool-aid & your favorite WHITE frosting/icing into a seperate bowl
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine the Cake mix, water, eggs, oil & 2 packs of Kool-aid into a seperate bowl & stir
- Pour cake mix in desired pan & bake until the toothpick comes out clean
- Mix powdered sugar & the fourth pack of koolaid in small cup or ziplock.
- (Just enough sugar to equal the amount of kool-aid)
- Let cake cool.
- Spread on the frosting mix.
- & sprinkle the powdered sugar mix on top.
- **Important** Cover the cake with a large bowl or pan (15 minutes) before serving so the powdered mix can sweat.
- Serve dry or refridgerated with milk or iced water!
