Coconut Crust

  1. Mix ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
  2. Press about 2 cups of the coconut mixture firmly onto bottom and up side of each of 5 (9-inch) pie pans sprayed with cooking spray or 1 (9-inch) pie pan for trial recipe.
  3. Bake in 250F-convection oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Fill as desired.
