Slow Baked Beef Short Ribs Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Placed short ribs in a large casserole dish or Dutch oven.
  3. Mix together sauce and water or beer.
  4. Pour over ribs and turn ribs to cover.
  5. Add onions, mixing to cover in sauce.
  6. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours or until done.
