Lady Liberty
- 1 ounce absinthe verte, such as Pacifique
- 1 ounce chilled Sauvignon Blanc or other dry white wine
- 1 ounce French blanc vermouth, such as Dolin
- 3/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- Dash of orange flower water
- Cracked ice
- 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish
- In a chilled Pontarlier glass (a traditional absinthe glass) or white wine glass, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish.
- Fill the glass with cracked ice and stir well; garnish with the twist.
