Lady Liberty

• 1 ounce absinthe verte, such as Pacifique
• 1 ounce chilled Sauvignon Blanc or other dry white wine
• 1 ounce French blanc vermouth, such as Dolin
• 3/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
• Dash of orange flower water
• Cracked ice
• 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish

1. In a chilled Pontarlier glass (a traditional absinthe glass) or white wine glass, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish.
2. Fill the glass with cracked ice and stir well; garnish with the twist.
