Beef Stroganoff Recipe
- 4 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 1/2 c. water
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1 (2 lb.) round steak
- butter (5 tbsp.)
- Egg noodles
- Flour
- Cut meat into strips.
- Salt and pepper it and then coat in flour.
- Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Add in onions and meat.
- Saute/fry till brown.
- Add in soup, water and gravy mix.
- Lower heat to simmer.
- Cook noodles.
- Just before serving, add in lowfat sour cream and heat through.
- Serve over noodles.
