Marinated Carrot Salad Recipe
- 5 c. carrots, cooked & sliced
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 med. sweet pepper, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients together but vegetables.
- Mix well.
- Blend soup mix with vegetables.
- Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
