Italian Cheese-Potato Bread
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
- 3 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 23 cup potatoes mashed
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 13 cup milk warmed
- 2 teaspoons oregano dried
- Place all ingredients in breadmachine according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Bake on White Bread setting.
- Makes a dense loaf of very flavorful bread.
