Sauteed Mushrooms on Philly Toast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 500g mixed mushrooms ( field, caps and Swiss brown), sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- black pepper, to taste
- 4 thick slices wholegrain bread
- 80g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan, add mushrooms and cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes until softened and browned.
- Remove from heat and stir through chives, lemon juice and pepper.
- Toast bread slices and spread with Philly*.
- Top with mushroom mixture and enjoy immediately.
