Sauteed Mushrooms on Philly Toast

  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan, add mushrooms and cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes until softened and browned.
  2. Remove from heat and stir through chives, lemon juice and pepper.
  3. Toast bread slices and spread with Philly*.
  4. Top with mushroom mixture and enjoy immediately.
