Barley Flour Pancakes Recipe

  1. Beat the egg with the lowfat sour cream and buttermilk.
  2. Sift together the barley flour, baking pwdr, salt, and sugar.
  3. Stir in the egg mix and let stand 2 min.
  4. Ladle onto a warm, oiled griddle and cook till browned and puffy.
  5. Turn to brown the second side.
  6. Serve with butter and honey.
