Mother's Pecan Pie Recipe
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
- Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
- Bake 30 to 35 min till hard around the edge.
