Pecan Bar Cookie Recipe

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1/3 c. butter, softened
• 1 egg, beaten

1. Combine cake mix and butter with pastry blender.
2. Add in egg.
3. Mix with fork.
4. Set aside 2/3 c. of crust.
5. Pour pastry crust in a greased 13 x 9 greased dish.
6. Pat mix down.
7. Bake 15 to 20 min in 350 degree oven.
8. Mix: 1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup 3 Large eggs 2/3 c. crust mix Add in 2 c. minced pecans
9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
