Banana Crunch Pops
- 23 cups Fat-free Yogurt, Any Flavor
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 cup Granola
- 2 whole Bananas, Peeled And Cut In Half At The Center
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and set aside.
- You will also need flat wooden craft sticks.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together yogurt and cinnamon.
- Pour granola into a separate shallow bowl.
- Insert a wooden stick into each banana piece.
- Roll bananas in the yogurt mixture (I sort of spoon the yogurt on) to cover each banana, then roll in granola to coat.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and freeze for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Let sit for 10-15 minutes out of freezer before serving.
