Skyline Chili Dip
- 8 cream cheese, softened
- 10 1/2 oz Skyline chili or other Cincinnati style chili
- 12 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a shallow 8x8" glass dish.
- Cover the cream cheese with chili then cheese.
- Cover with paper towel and microwave for about 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Do this in 2 minute intervals to prevent chili from bursting.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
