Fran's Butterscotch Supremes

  1. Layer 1 - Mix the flour, margarine and 2/3 cups nuts.
  2. Press into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes - let cool.
  3. Layer 2 - Cream together the cream cheese, 2/3rds of the cool whip and powdered sugar.
  4. Spread on top of crust.
  5. Layer 3 - Mix the pudding mix and milk together.
  6. Layer on top of cheese mixture.
  7. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle the nuts on top.
