Pork Chop Special Recipe
- 5 butterfly pork chops, cut 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
- 1 lg. green pepper, finely minced
- 1 lg. onion, finely minced
- Salt & pepper
- 1 c. whole grain rice
- Take pork chops and lightly brown in small amount of fat.
- Add in water to cover.
- Add in green pepper and onion, salt and pepper.
- Simmer 1 hour slowly.
- Add in whole grain rice.
- Cook slowly till rice is cooked and fluffy.
- Serve with soy sauce.
