Canned Mackerel Diet! Nagaimo Gratin

  1. Make the nagaimo sauce.
  2. Put the grated nagaimo in a bowl and mix with the egg, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove the hard part of the asparagus and cut into 4 cm pieces.
  4. Discard the root ends of the shimeji mushrooms and shred.
  5. Thinly slice the onions.
  6. Flake the mackerel in a gratin dish with the juices.
  7. Top with Step 2 asparagus, shimeji mushrooms, and onions.
  8. Top with the Step 1 nagaimo sauce and bake in an oven or oven toaster at 230C for 15~20 minutes.
  9. This is the tofu sauce version
