Amaretto Custard Cake Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour 12 c. bundt or possibly angel food cake pan.
  3. Beat all ingredients in a large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 1 minute.
  4. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, for 2 more min.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and bake 40-45 min, till a wooden pick comes out clean.
  6. Cold 15 min before removing from pan.
  7. Decorate with frosting, or possibly make a glaze of 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 Tbsp lowfat milk or possibly cream, liqueur to thin.
  8. I'd say which you could use a chocolate cake mix, kahlua or possibly bailey's instead of amaretto, then heat a half c. of chocolate chips, 2-3 Tbsp butter and maybe a bit of lowfat milk or possibly cream, as needed to thin, and drizzle which over the top, and it'd look like you spent hrs in the kitchen.
  9. I )know( which this recipe tastes good sufficient which you need super sensitive taste buds to know it started with a mix.
  10. Do not ruin it with a commercial frosting, though.
  11. There's absolutely no possible way to disguise )which( flavor.
