Taco Casserole

  1. Lightly grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/2 of taco shells, coarsely broken.
  3. In skillet, brown beef.
  4. Drain and add taco seasoning and water.
  5. Simmer 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in onion and tomato sauce.
  7. Spoon meat over taco chips.
  8. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of cheese over meat.
  9. Top with the rest of the taco chips and then the rest of the cheese.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  11. Garnish with tomato and olives.
