Bacon Cheeseburger 3 Ways
- 1 lb. lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup King Sooper's $2.49 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 4 cups (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- FOR THE FILLING
- Brown meat with onions in skillet; drain.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard.
- NOW, YOU CHOOSE
- Casserole: Prepare Filling; spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with cheese, bacon and frozen potatoes.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until potatoes are golden brown.
- Skillet: Bake potatoes as directed on package.
- About 15 min.
- before potatoes are done, prepare Filling.
- Top Filling with cheese, bacon and potatoes before serving.
- STUFFED PEPPER: Prepare Filling; cut 4 bell peppers lengthwise in half; remove seeds.
- Spoon Filling into pepper halves; top with cheese, bacon and frozen potatoes.
