Chicken and Broccoli Ring
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 3/4 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed or minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 egg , beaten
- 1 I used my processor to chop everything
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Unroll crescent rolls, arrange slightly overlapping in a circle on pizza stone or flat pan.
- Points will extend over edge.
- Roll or press wide ends towards center to create 3 inch opening.
- In medium bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, cheese, red pepper, mayo, dill, garlic, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Using scoop, fill evenly over dough in a circle.
- Make sure filling is even.
- Bring points of dough up over filling and tuck under dough to form a ring.
- Lightly brush with egg.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool alittle.
