Cooked Blueberry, Huckleberry or Saskatoon Berry Jam - CERTO Liquid

  1. Crush berries thoroughly, one layer at a time.
  2. Measure exactly 4-1/2 cups prepared berries into large saucepan.
  3. Stir in lemon juice.
  4. Add sugar; mix well.
  5. Bring to full rolling boil on high heat; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Immediately stir in liquid pectin.
  8. Stir and skim foam for 5 min.
  9. to prevent fruit from floating to surface.
  10. Pour immediately into warm sterilized jars, filling to within 1/4 inch of rims.
  11. Cover with lids.
  12. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
