Veg-All Cheesy Chowder

  1. Melt butter in large pan.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until tender.
  3. Add flour and whisk or stir in.
  4. Cook on low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Add milk and chicken broth.
  6. Cook over medium heat until thick.
  7. Add cheese and seasonings (white pepper and hot sauce), stirring until cheese melts.
  8. Add Veg-All and parsley flakes.
  9. Reduce heat and cook until heated.
  10. Do not boil.
  11. Serve with bread sticks spread with garlic and butter and toasted.
