Brown Sugar Pecan Pie Recipe
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 x unbaked pie shell, (9")
- Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, vanilla, sugar, and flour; beat well.
- Add in margarine, mixing well.
- Stir in pecans; pour filling into pie shell.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
