Sesame Shake Baked Chicken Recipe
- 1 lg. egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 tbsp. sea salt
- 2-3 tbsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1 chicken (3 lbs.), cut up
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1.
- Beat egg and lowfat milk together.
- 2.
- In a paper bag combine the flour, baking pwdr, sea salt, paprika and sesame seeds.
- 3.
- Dip chicken pcs in egg/lowfat milk mix.
- 4.
- Shake pcs in paper bag to coat.
- 5.
- Place pcs in baking dish.
- 6.
- Pour melted butter over pcs and bake till done 1 to 1 1/4 hrs.
- (Recipe can be doubled.)
