Tortilla Crunch Sandwich

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese on each tortilla.
  2. Layer 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices roast beef and 1 pickle spear on half of each tortilla.
  3. Roll up, starting with layered side.
  4. Cut in half diagonally.
