Squash with sausage
- 1/3 lb bulk sausage
- 3 lb yellow crook neck squash
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 cup dehydrated onions
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 nonstick spray
- Heat a pan.
- Spray with nonstick spray.
- Add the squash let cook 7 minutes.
- there should be a lot of liquid in pan, if so, drain it.
- Add sausage, salt and garlic.
- Cover let cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add onions.
- Mix well cook till onions are tender.
- Add margarine.
- If the squash caramelizes, this is awesome.
- That's what you want to happen.
- After all liquid is gone mix well and let sit 3 minutes serve.
