Kyoto Style Okra with Mashed Tofu
- 8 or more Okra
- 100 grams Silken tofu
- 1/2 tsp of each Salt and soy sauce
- 1 heaping teaspoon Sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon Ground sesame seeds
- Parboil the okra for 1 minute.
- Drain and soak in cold water.
- Combine the tofu and ingredients in a bowl.
- Use a spoon to mix well.
- Cut the okra in half and add it to the bowl.
- Combine everything together and it's done.
