Kyoto Style Okra with Mashed Tofu

  1. Parboil the okra for 1 minute.
  2. Drain and soak in cold water.
  3. Combine the tofu and ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Use a spoon to mix well.
  5. Cut the okra in half and add it to the bowl.
  6. Combine everything together and it's done.
