Pon-de-Ring Doughnuts

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well so that no lumps remain.
  2. Put Step 1 into a piping bag with a round tip.
  3. Pipe the dough into the "Pon-de-ring" shapes as shown in the profile photo.
  4. Deep fry in oil at 160C.
