Pon-de-Ring Doughnuts
- 50 grams Tapioca starch
- 10 grams Katakuriko
- 40 grams Cake flour
- 5 grams Baking powder
- 30 grams Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 grams Firm tofu
- 1/2 Egg yolk
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well so that no lumps remain.
- Put Step 1 into a piping bag with a round tip.
- Pipe the dough into the "Pon-de-ring" shapes as shown in the profile photo.
- Deep fry in oil at 160C.
