Pumpkin pancakes

  1. Whisk dry ingredients - minus sugars
  2. Use large bowl, mix sugars with wet ingredients
  3. Slowly add dry mix to wet mix.
  4. Do not oversize, just until moistened
  5. Preheat griddle and grease (med-med.
  6. low heat)
  7. Pour batter and cook about 2 min on each side.
  8. Serve!
  9. :-)
