Pumpkin Fluff

  1. Mix milk and pudding, the add pumpkin and spice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and chill.
  4. You can serve it in about 15 minutes, but its better after it sits and chills longer.
  5. (It will stay good for several days).
  6. Serves about 8 1/2 cup servings.
  7. Or spread over graham crackers and youll get a lot more servings.
  8. You can also serve as a dip with ginger snaps, graham crackers, animal crackers or fruit.
  9. If youre counting points on Weight Watchers, this only has a 1-2 points per serving (depending on how you make it) if you just eat a small bowl of fluff.
  10. I always eat some spread on a Low Fat Graham Cracker and count it as 2 points.
  11. But plug it into a points calculator to be sure.
