Pumpkin Fluff
- 16 ounces, fluid Can Of Solid Pumpkin
- 1 box Sugar-free Fat-free Vanilla Or Butterscotch Instant Pudding (small Box, 4 Serving Size)
- 8 ounces, fluid Container Of Cool Whip Lite (or Fat-free)
- 1/2 cups 1% Milk (or Skim)
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Mix milk and pudding, the add pumpkin and spice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and chill.
- You can serve it in about 15 minutes, but its better after it sits and chills longer.
- (It will stay good for several days).
- Serves about 8 1/2 cup servings.
- Or spread over graham crackers and youll get a lot more servings.
- You can also serve as a dip with ginger snaps, graham crackers, animal crackers or fruit.
- If youre counting points on Weight Watchers, this only has a 1-2 points per serving (depending on how you make it) if you just eat a small bowl of fluff.
- I always eat some spread on a Low Fat Graham Cracker and count it as 2 points.
- But plug it into a points calculator to be sure.
