Lemon-Honey-Glazed Roast Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 500 degrees F. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon over the chicken.
  3. In a small cup, mix honey, juice from the remaining lemon half, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush glaze over chicken; roast 5 minutes.
  5. Cut chicken into serving pieces and spoon juices from baking dish over pieces.
