Beef Cubes In Mushroom Sauce Recipe

• 1 pound cubed round steak
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1 (4 c.) can beef gravy
• 1 (3 ounce.) can mushrooms
• 1/4 teaspoon basil leaves
• 1/4 c. claret wine (optional)

1. Heat 3 tsp.
2. oil in electric skillet.
3. Dredge meat in seasoned flour; brown.
4. Push meat to side of pan.
5. Add in onion and garlic; cook 3 min.
6. Add in gravy, mushrooms and basil.
7. Cover and simmer 45 min or possibly till tender.
8. Add in claret.
9. Serve on warm rice.
