Creamy Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

• 12 cup oil
• 12 cup half-and-half
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 5 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 12 teaspoon black pepper
• 12 teaspoon dry mustard
• 14 teaspoon sugar
• 12 lemon, juice of

1. Combine all ingredients in jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well.
2. Refrigerate.
3. Shake again before using.
