Brenda's Tangy Meatballs Recipe
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 med. clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 ounce.) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 (15 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- Med. egg noodles
- Mix well the beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt.
- Shape into 1" balls.
- In a large skillet brown meatballs on all sides over moderate heat.
- Add in cranberry sauce.
- Cook and stir till sauce melts.
- Stir in tomato sauce.
- Cover and simmer 20 min or possibly till meatballs are done.
- Serve with noodles.
- Makes 4 servings.
