Juicy lighltly fried B.C.T

  1. Get a nice stainless pan and then add oil and heat for 3 minutes
  2. Then cut the chicken in strips and dip them in flour at least 8-9 slices
  3. Layer them in hot oil and fry until the skin is light and crispy.
  4. Fry for 15 minutes
