Juicy lighltly fried B.C.T
- 1 3/4 packages boneless fried chicken thighs
- 1 1/2 dash with all three seasonings and marinate with hands
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour and fry in oil
- Get a nice stainless pan and then add oil and heat for 3 minutes
- Then cut the chicken in strips and dip them in flour at least 8-9 slices
- Layer them in hot oil and fry until the skin is light and crispy.
- Fry for 15 minutes
