pineapple upside down individual cakes

  1. preheat 350
  2. mix wet
  3. shift dry mix in separate bowl
  4. melt butter and brown sugar
  5. add dry to wet
  6. put 1 tablespoon of melted mix in each muffin tin
  7. add pineapple 3 prices of chunks, 4 of tidbits, or a big spoonfull of crushed
  8. add 1 cherry in center of pineapples
  9. fill 3/4 of the way
  10. bake 10 to 15 min

eggs, sugar, pineapple juice, flour, bakein powder, salt, butter, brown sugar, pineapple, marichino cherries
