Ham With Creamed Vegetables

  1. In a large skillet, Saute the ham, peppers, onion, celery and carrot in butter for 3-4 minutes or until crisp/tender.
  2. Sprinkle with flour and pepper.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk and bouillon until smooth.
  4. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
