Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut artichoke quarters in half.
  3. Mix all ingredients together except the green onions and tomatoes.
  4. Bake in an au gratin dish or shallow 3 cup oven safe dish for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sliced onions and tomatoes.
  7. Serve with toasted pita triangles or baguette slices.
