Ann's Sourdough Pancakes
- 2 cups sourdough starter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 2 large eggs slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Combine starter, milk and flour.
- Cover and let stand overnight.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Cook on hot griddle or pan.
- Serve with fresh berries, fruits and maple syrup if desired.
