8 Grain Bread Recipe

• 1 pkt active dry yeast
• 11/2 c. bread flour
• 11/2 c. 8-grain flour
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/8 c. corn oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 c. hot lowfat milk
• 1/4 c. hot water

1. Add in all ingredients to machine in order recommended by machine manufacturer.
2. Select "whole wheat" bread setting; crust color light.
3. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
4. Yield: 1 loaf
