Sundried Tomato Pesto Pasta Salad
- 4 cups Kraft Classic Herb Dressing
- 6 cups basil leaves, torn
- 2 cups Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- 2 cups Sundried tomatoes, oil-packed King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 16 cups Primo Rotini Pasta, cooked, cooled and drained
- 3 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced
- Combine dressing, basil, cheese and sun dried tomatoes in a blender or food processor.
- Cover and blend until almost smooth.
- TOSS together in a large bowl pasta, zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
- Mix in enough dressing to coat pasta; cover and allow flavours to blend at least half an hour, or chill overnight.
