Anna Rutledge's Sauce Remoulade

• 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon creole mustard
• 2 minced green onions
• 14 stalk celery, minced
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• salt & pepper

1. Mix all of the ingredients together until you have a uniform mixture.
