Thai Cilantro and Ginger Dip
- 1 gal. KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 1 qt. cilantro, chopped
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup sesame oil
- 1/3 cup gingerroot, peeled, minced
- 4 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled.
