Upside Down Chocolate Pudding Cake

  1. Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tbsp cocoa, milk and vanilla.
  2. Spoon batter evenly into greased crockpot.
  3. Mix remaining sugar, cocoa and hot water.
  4. Pour over batter in crockpot.
  5. Cook on high 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until batter no longer looks shiny on top.
  6. Don't overcook.
  7. The batter rises to the top like cake, underneath is a rich chocolate pudding.
  8. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
