Turkey Kielbasa & Rice

  1. Brown the turkey kielbasa in a skillet.
  2. In a separate pot, cook rice in the turkey broth.
  3. When both are done, drain rice, saving about 1 1/2 cups of broth, and add to a skillet.
  4. Add corn, chili powder, Lawrys, salt and pepper.
  5. Then add the broth and simmer until most of the liquid is gone.
