Turkey Kielbasa & Rice
- 8 ounces, weight Turkey Kielbasa, Diced
- 1 bag (3 1/2 Oz. Size) Instant Rice
- 4 cups Instant Turkey Broth
- 1 can (8 3/4 Oz. Size) Corn
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder, Or To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt (or To Taste)
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste
- Brown the turkey kielbasa in a skillet.
- In a separate pot, cook rice in the turkey broth.
- When both are done, drain rice, saving about 1 1/2 cups of broth, and add to a skillet.
- Add corn, chili powder, Lawrys, salt and pepper.
- Then add the broth and simmer until most of the liquid is gone.
