Oriental Meatballs

  1. Sauce:.
  2. Stir Hoisin and chutney together.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Meatballs:.
  5. In bowl combine pork, garlic, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, rice wine or sherry, and salt.
  6. Form into 1 inch balls.
  7. Skewer on round toothpicks.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. Microwave at high for 4 - 5 minutes until no longer pink inside.
  10. Serve with dipping sauce.
  11. Makes about twenty appetizers.
