Beany Cheezy cheese
- 1 (15 ounce) can white beans (Great Northern, canneloni, etc.)
- 12 cup chopped pimiento bell pepper (or roasted red bell peppers)
- 12 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 12 tablespoons white miso
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon brown mustard
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- 14-12 teaspoon jalapeno pepper, chopped fine (optional)
- Puree ingredients in food processor until smooth.
- Sometimes I add the jalapeno, when using for a dip for chips.
- Yum!
- Use as a dip, instead of cheese for mac and cheese, as a sandwich spread, etc.
- Enjoy!
