Farmhouse Recipe Meat-Wrapped Broccoli Stalk

  1. There is a fibrous skin on broccoli stalks, so peel it off.
  2. It's about 5mm thick, so peel liberally.
  3. After peeling, the stalk should look like a thick stalk of asparagus.
  4. Quarter the stalk lengthwise.
  5. Cook in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 2 minutes.
  6. Drain and set aside to cool.
  7. Season the sliced meat with salt and pepper.
  8. Wrap the broccoli stalks with the meat.
  9. Spread oil thinly in a frying pan.
  10. Cook the meat until browned.
  11. The cooking time will depend on the type and thickness of the meat.
  12. Usually it takes less than 5 minutes.
  13. Once the meat has cooked, wipe the excess oil with a paper towel.
  14. Pour in the yakiniku sauce and mix until the meat is golden brown.
  15. It's done.
