Spicy Chicken & Shrimp Penne
- 10 oz. boneless skinless chicken
- 10-2/3 oz. salad shrimp
- 1 whole green pepper
- 12-1/2 oz. penne
- 2 cans (1-3/4 lb. each) pasta sauce
- 2 cups grated mozzerella cheese
- Cayanne pepper (to taste)
- Bake chicken a cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Meanwhile cook pasta al dente and dice green pepper.
- Mix first 5 indredients together in a large casserole dish, top with grated cheese and bake in the oven 30-40 minutes at 375F until hot in the middle and cheese is bubbly.
