Tortilla Fruit Cups

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss fruit with 1 Tbsp.
  3. sugar.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Spray tortillas with cooking spray; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Gently press tortillas, sugar sides up, into 6 muffin pan cups.
  8. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  9. or until crisp.
  10. Remove from muffin pan to wire racks; cool completely.
  11. Fill tortilla cups with COOL WHIP and fruit mixture just before serving.
